Leases
and tenancy agreements cover many situations ranging from
leases of commercial premises such as shops, offices and factories,
residential leases for the letting of a house and tenancies
of farms and allotments. Some transactions, such as licences
to occupy, may not involve a tenancy at all.
 The
law relating to both business and residential tenancies is
very complicated and technical and must be strictly observed
if the client's interests are to be best protected.
